The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), gives residents of the state of California the right to prevent businesses from selling their personal information.
CITYDATA takes your privacy very seriously. While we do not sell your personal information, we support the CCPA by allowing California residents to opt out of the sale of their personal information. If you would like to record your preference that CITYDATA not sell your data in the future, please click here to provide the IDFA (Apple iPhone) or ADID (Android phone) mobile identifier of your phone. CITYDATA will first verify your identity, then check if we have any information collected from your mobile phone, and finally provide and/or remove such information based on your preferences. Note that CITYDATA does not collect or store email addresses, names, or phone numbers, so CITYDATA needs the IDFA (Apple iPhone) or ADID (Android phone) mobile identifier to find your device in our database. We strive to reply to requests within 45 days. However, due to the complexity of our technology and the novelty of developing procedures to meet a large influx of requests, we may need up to 90 days to satisfy your request. If we are able to respond sooner to your request, we will certainly do so.
